Our Store Policies

Things You Need to Know

For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 8 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:  Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and the following products are not eligible for return: Soaps. When returning items Bells Bodyganics LLC will Provide return labels and pay for all shipping costs. 


Shipping policy is as follows: For the time being we only ship via USPS and offer both standard and priority shipping at great affordable prices. Shipping is calculated by location and will be added to your total once the customer has been directed to the payment processing screen. We don’t want our customers to wait so we make sure orders are fulfilled same day, and processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking numbers will be available to the customer immediately. Please be advised that once your items are shipped out, and you find yourself having changed your mind about the purchase, we can not re-route the package. Customers are responsible for returning the items once they receive them and will get a full refund once we have received it.
